CANON POWERSHOT G11

Okay here it goes again.....
Never had my real 'OWN DIGITAL CAMERA' till
i found this, so I buy G11 (after comparing and reviewing with G10)
Why not SLR?:
Coz it will addict me to buy the lens and accessories
